Can I attend just one day of the conference?

-Unfortunately, our event is a full 3 days packed with amazing learning and fun.  We cannot separate daily tickets.

Why do I need to stay for all 3 nights?

-To make our prices as affordable as possible, we have contracted the hotel for all 3 nights.  This is to ensure that we could get the cost as low as possible so everyone that wanted to attend can!

Does the ticket price stay the same? Does it matter when I book?

November 17-February 17th is Early Bird pricing for $225

February 18- June 17th is Regular pricing for $250

June 18-August 10 is Late pricing for $275

You are welcome to book all the way up to August 10th.  The sooner you book, the cheaper it is.  And there is a limited amount of spots, so we don't  want you to miss out if we sell out!

Do I have to stay at the hotel to attend?

-No!  You can buy an event only ticket for $425

How can I see the different hotel rooms?

-Please visit http://www.marriott.com/hotels/hotel-rooms/wasgn-gaylord-national-resort-and-convention-center/ to see the different rooms that are available with pictures.

Does my husband/teen need a ticket?

-Anyone attending any of the events needs a ticket.  This is to comply with our insurance policy.  So if they are over 2, and they plan on coming to any of the events, they need a ticket. To purchase a ticket for your spouse, just click on the add spouse button in your registration.

Why are prices not listed?

-There are so many variable in roommates, room types and add ons that it would be very confusing to list all the prices.  But to be able to get an idea, a standard queen double occupancy is $497.07 a person.  That price will go down with more roommates, and up with upgraded room and add ons. 

If I cannot attend, can I get a refund?

-All reservations that are completely are prepaid to the hotel and cannot be refunded after 24 hours. Any reservations cannot be changed, except for adding to, after 24 hours.  However, they are transferrable up to 15 days before the event. This can be done by signing into your registration using your email and confirmation number and then choosing to "substitute registration" and inputing the information of the new attendee.

Terms & Conditions

-All sales are non-refundable. If you make a mistake we can modify your account to add or subtract items within the initial 24hours. You will have the option to make additions to your account up until August 17th.  After this all other questions can be directed to info@myelevateconference.com.

Will I be automatically billed? 

-You will be automatically billed on the 18th of every month.  If you pick the payment plan, you will be billed $100 a month on the 18th, until you account is paid in full.  If you book on the 17th and put $100 down, you will still be billed $100 on the 18th. On August 1st, you will be billed the remainder of your account if one is due.

-It is our desire to offer you the best service possible. If you have any questions please email us at info@myelevateconference.com. Our goal is to have you a response within 24 hours. Please see our hours of operations just incase you make a request outside our normal business hours.
