Can I attend just one day of the conference?

-Unfortunately, our event is a full 3 days packed with amazing learning and fun.  We cannot separate daily tickets.

Why do I need to stay for all 3 nights?

-To make our prices as affordable as possible, we have contracted the hotel for all 3 nights.  This is to ensure that we could get the cost as low as possible so everyone that wanted to attend can!

Do I have to stay at the hotel to attend?
-No!  You can buy an event only ticket for $399

Does my husband/teen need a ticket?

-Anyone attending any of the events needs a ticket.  This is to comply with our insurance policy.  So if they are over 2, and they plan on coming to any of the events, they need a ticket.

Will there be accommodations for nursing/pumping moms?

-Absolutely! We will have several private rooms that will have the general session live streamed in!

Why do I need to create a username and password?

-We know as the time gets closer, you may want to hop in and make changes to your reservation.  Creating a username and password makes that super easy!

If I cannot attend, can I get a refund?

-All reservations for the ticket price of $160 require a ticket purchase and 1  room purchase for 3 nights.  These are non-refundable for any reason.  However, they are transferrable up to 15 days before the event. All other purchases are non refundable 24 hours after purchase.

Do I need to add a ticket to my reservation?

-1 ticket is already included in your reservation.  So unless you are wanting more than one ticket, there is no need to add another!

Terms & Conditions

All sales are non-refundable. If you make a mistake we can modify your account to add or subtract items within the initial 24hours. You will have the option to make additions to your account up until August 10th.  After this all other questions can be directed to info@myelevateconference.com.

Terms for Deposit

If you select the 20% deposit option you will be charged monthly on the first of each month. The monthly charge to your card will be as follows. 

May 1st additional 25%

June 1st additional 25%

July 1st 1st additional 25%

August 1st remainder of the bill 

Will I be automatically billed? 

If you select the deposit payment plan you will be billed atomically each month. At your registration and 7 days prior to your next automatic bill you will receive a email notification letting you know when your next payment is due.
